Tickets

Tickets are required for admittance to all ticketed events at the Holmes Center and can be purchased online, by phone, or in person at the main Box Office or the satellite box offices located at the entrances on event days. Satellite box offices open one hour prior to the doors opening. The Holmes Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, and cash. No personal checks will be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

The Holmes Center reserves the right to refuse ticket refunds or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will only be granted if the event is cancelled.

Reservations & Will-Call Pickup

The Holmes Center does not accept reservations on tickets. All tickets must be paid for at the time of purchase. Tickets purchased over the phone can be held at will-call or mailed to the purchaser. Tickets cannot be mailed within 14 days of the event.

Will-call tickets can be picked up anytime during regular business hours or at the event. The will-call desk opens approximately one hour before doors open. All guests picking up will-call tickets are required to have a photo ID and/or the credit card used for the ticket purchase.
