Guest Conduct

The Holmes Center values the right of every guest to enjoy their visit as long as it is in line with a certain code of conduct. Therefore, we expect all patrons to behave in a manner that is appropriate to this code.

  • Keeping the Portals and Stairways Clear: Guests will not be permitted to stand in the portals during events. In addition, guests will not be permitted to sit or stand in the stairways.
  • Strollers: Strollers will not be permitted inside the arena bowl. Strollers must be left on the concourse or turned in to the first aid area.
  • Seat Relocation: The Holmes Center reserves the right to relocate seating at any performance, event or game due to inappropriate conduct.
  • Throwing of Objects: Guests should never throw objects into the crowd, on to the basketball floor or on to the stage. The throwing of any objects by guests shall be cause for immediate eviction from the facility.
  • Restricted Areas: Guests are expected to only access those areas which are open to the public for an event. Guests who access restricted areas without authorization are subject to immediate eviction from the facility.
  • Sales and Solicitation: No persons or vendors may sell or distribute goods on the Holmes Center property before, during or after events without prior written approval from Holmes Center management.

The Box Office operates an in-house and online computerized ticketing system, offering detailed sales tracking, house scaling, scanning reports, and financial accounting to ensure smooth operations.

Ticket Sales

Tickets are required for admittance to all ticketed events at the Holmes Center and will be sold through the Holmes Center Box Office. A signed contract and deposit must be received before tickets are put on sale. Tickets sold online will only be sold by the Holmes Center and Vendini. No third-party ticketing will be allowed without written approval by the Holmes Center Director. The Holmes Center retains full control over all aspects of ticketing, including sales areas and distribution.

Per contract agreements, the Holmes Center has the right to a predetermined number of complimentary tickets. Additionally, a mutually agreed-upon number of seats will be held to accommodate seating issues that may arise.

Payments & Fees

All ticket sales at the Holmes Center are subject to a 6.75% sales tax, which is included in the ticket price. Any changes to ticket pricing or seating manifests after sales have begun are subject to a $500 fee. Additionally, service charges apply to all tickets purchased online, by phone, or in person.

Contact Person & Materials

Promoters must designate a single contact person to coordinate with the box office regarding ticketing matters, including comp lists and requests for event financial information. All marketing materials (coupons, discounts, special events, etc.) must be communicated to the box office in advance.
